Effective 2026-10-29 · applies to the Cyber Worker subscription

1. Who you are contracting with

Cyber Worker is operated by Shanxi Liukua AI Technology Co., Ltd., Workstation 4206, Yunlv Tianxia Maker Space, Building AB Podium, No. 529 Nanzhonghuan Street, Xuefu Industrial Park, Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, Taiyuan, Shanxi 030032, China. 2. What the service is

You send one idea as one or two sentences. We return 3 edited vertical videos built from the same script — a version that opens with the problem, one with a number, one straight to camera. A person reads and fixes every cut before it is sent.

Turnaround: within 24 hours for a single idea.
Batch days: if you send 5 ideas at once, the batch arrives within 48 hours.
We do not post to any platform for you, and we never ask for your social account passwords.

3. Trial, billing and cancellation

The trial lasts 14 days and requires a payment card. You are not charged today.
If you do not cancel before day 14, the subscription starts at $99 per month, or $999 per year if you chose annual.
The trial covers 3 ideas (9 cuts). It is meant to judge whether the output sounds like you, not to stockpile a month of content.
After the trial: 30 ideas a month (90 cuts), 1 a day by default, up to 5 in one sitting. A re-cut of the same idea does not count against your limit.
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by email. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the paid period.

4. Your material and our rights to use it

You keep ownership of everything you send us. By sending it you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it contains no other person's personal data or likeness. You grant us a limited licence to use that material only to produce and deliver your videos.

We keep your files for 90 days so that we can handle re-cuts and support requests, then delete them.

5. AI-generated content

Scripts, voice and captions are produced with AI assistance and edited by a person. Every export carries a machine-readable AI marker plus a visible note you can keep or remove. Platform rules and local law on disclosing AI content differ; deciding whether and how to disclose is your call, and you are responsible for complying with the rules of wherever you publish.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no harassment, no content infringing someone else's rights.
No using another person's voice, face or likeness without their permission. We do not clone anyone's voice.
No scraping, bulk crawling or automated collection of third-party data with our output.
No reselling the service as your own product, and no white-labelling without a written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we refund the unused part of the current period.

7. Refunds

First charge only: refundable within 7 days of the charge date.
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. The longer period applies.
Digital services can be excluded from the right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your consent. At checkout you are asked to consent; you may decline, in which case the trial starts only after the 14 days have passed.
To request a refund, email us from the address on the account. We reply within two business days.

8. Availability and what we do not promise

We aim to deliver every order inside the turnaround above, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We do not promise any particular reach, engagement, followers, sales or income from the videos. It produces files you can publish; what they earn is not ours to promise.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

If we change these terms we email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK keep the protections of their local law.
