1. Who is responsible

We are the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, name if you give one, and the country you bill from.
Order content: the idea you send, any images or links you upload, and your voice preference (gender, rough age, accent).
Billing data: handled by our payment processor. We see the last four digits of the card and the card's country — never the full number.
Support data: the messages you send us, kept to resolve the issue.

We do not collect your social media passwords, we do not connect to your social accounts, and we do not scrape names or contact details from comment sections.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

To produce and deliver your videos — performance of our contract.
To take payment, handle refunds and prevent fraud — contract and legal obligation.
To answer support requests — contract or our legitimate interest in helping customers.
To send trial and billing reminders — contract (these are not marketing emails).

We do not run advertising profiles and we do not sell personal data.

4. Who processes it for us

Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Our form provider — collection of the idea, voice preference and uploads.
Our email provider — delivery of order and billing emails.
Our hosting provider — serving this website and storing order files.

Each processor is bound to use the data only for the service they provide to us.

5. How long we keep it

Order files and the material inside them are deleted 90 days after the order. Billing records are kept longer where tax and accounting law requires it. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do so unless we must keep a record by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, deletion, a portable export, or an objection to a specific use. Email us and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. International transfers

Our processors may store data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the processors' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

8. Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

9. Security

Access to order files is limited to the people producing your videos. Files are stored on infrastructure we control, and card data never reaches our systems. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we notify you and the relevant authority as required.

10. Changes to this policy

Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
